Vehicles & Drivers Licensing System

The system includes the development and implementation of a complete drivers and vehicles Information System. The software includes a centralized database and complete application software that reflects an optimal workflow and covers all relevant business processes for registering drivers and vehicles.

The system also includes the following main modules:

* License Plates Issuance and Management System

The system covers the issuance of license plates in all locations in addition to management and tracking of issued plates information. The system is tightly integrated with the drivers and vehicles registration system.

* Third License System

This system covers the processes of generating and managing Vehicle Identification Data. The system is tightly integrated with the drivers and vehicles registration system, stolen cars system, and RFID based tracking system.

* Stolen Cars System

This system is used to track stolen cars including reporting and coordination between involved agencies. The system also supports Internet based queries and supports a hand held computer interface.

* Violations & Fines Information System

This System covers both the front and back end processes involved in traffic violations tickets issuance and settlement.

* Financials/Accounting System.

This system covers the automation of all financial transactions related to drivers and vehicles system including payment of fees and fines and posting these transactions to General Ledger. The GL is built according to the local requirements and standards.
