This is the most crucial component of the system, and defines all global parameters and basic data required by other eSIS modules. Some of the main entities defined under this module include faculties, academic departments, physical space allocation, lecture hall and classroom arrangements, course names and details, technical and academic specialties, student nationality , faculty members details, etc.
Student's Data - Parameters
Students' General Status; this module covers all elements that identify each and every student, containing students' personal information, previous educational history and emergency addresses.
Admission Information
Complying with the general admission rules of an educational institution, this module considers students' marks in the General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent and the distribution rules that govern the admission to every specialty
Post Graduate Module
Complies with the institution's general post-graduate admission and management rules.
Requirement and Academic Plans Module
Students' specializations are tracked in this module, which holds data of study plans and schedules according to the accredited hours system of each specialization and the prerequisite courses needed for each specialization. It also holds data about alternative and substitution courses.
Registration Module
Registration Module depends on the data of the institution calendar, accredited study plans, and the basic data module.

Depending on the institution rules for warnings and punishments for students, this module contains data about students receiving warnings and those who are eligible for warnings; the system is capable of automatically issuing warnings too.
Students Graduation Module
This module helps in issuing graduation documents, dealing with graduation decisions and maintaining data of graduates.
Certification Maintenance Module
Besides the automatic issuance of certificates, this module maintains signatures of collage deans and thus facilitates certificates procedures.
Students Activities Module
All the data related to the social, cultural and sport activities that the students perform in working groups are kept in this module.
Students Affairs
Handles information about each students history (including commendations, punishments, etc.) and other data such as loans and grants.
