Customized Training
| • |
We assess in consultation with the client, the expectations of our clients
from the training they receive from us. |
| • |
We identify specific learning outcomes that differ from industry standard
expectations (for example an extra emphasis for our perspective trainers on
security and communication within networks). |
| • |
Training is individually tailored to meet the exact agreed needs of every
class of perspective student (from absolute beginners to consultant level) as
well as IT professionals seeking updates to their knowledge of the industry. |
| • |
In some cases, we are happy to organize lengthy courses if needed, where
knowledge may take weeks to fully assimilate and where experience is required to
help cement knowledge. For example, workshops can be arranged in the
installation and setup of operating systems and databases. |
| • |
Throughout out courses, exercise, quizzes and short tests, as well as more
comprehensive reviews are conducted to help students assess their own increasing
skills and confidence and to identify areas where trainers can give extra
support.
|
Where client requirements appear for legacy systems work and for uncertified
training (for example: in the case of clustered legacy machinery running unusual
or non-current operating systems), we are happy to provide specific offers that
match the needs as requested. Class sizes are usually limited to a maximum of 12
people per class to ensure the quality of training. This enables trainers to
closely monitor the progress of the students and to swiftly identify areas where
special emphasis may be needed for individuals to best achieve the learning of
their courses.
In all cases, CCS reputation for training provision is in part based on
enhancement and customization of all our courses with practical problem-solving
and solution-led experience to ensure that our students take a maximum of
practical work-experience in the form of workshops and simulations. We ensure
that our courses are fully supervised and trainer-supported throughout contact
time between students and trainers are constant for the duration of each course.
Course duration can vary depending on the nature of the specific course
requirements and the specific request of the client. Each specific course
produces a "can do" outcome tied,
where possible to agreed industry standard requirements (for example: MCCP
status as a result of passion suitable exams in different modules of MCSE2000
course). | |
